How do you determine my vehicle's value?
We look at the year, kilometres, condition, options, accident history and what similar vehicles are selling for in the Canadian market right now. Our wholesale experience since 2013 helps us make competitive, market-based offers.
How quickly will I receive an offer?
Our team reviews every submission personally and usually contacts you with an offer within one business day.
Can I sell my vehicle if I still have a loan?
Yes. We pay off your lender directly. If your vehicle is worth more than the remaining balance, you receive the difference.
Do I need to bring my vehicle for an inspection?
A quick inspection confirms the details before your offer is final. It can be done at our Laval location or, depending on availability, at a location near you.
How and when will I get paid?
Once you accept the final offer and the inspection is complete, we arrange secure payment and handle the SAAQ ownership transfer. Our team will confirm the payment method and timing with you before you sign.
Is there any obligation to accept the offer?
